Call will assess rollout of Statewide Medicaid Managed Care LTC Program

Attention: Nursing Homes, Hospices, Assisted Living Facilities, Family Care Homes and Aging Network Service Providers:

The Agency for Health Care Administration, Area 7, 8 and 9 Medicaid offices, is inviting nursing facility providers, hospice providers, assisted living providers, and aging network service providers in these sixteen counties to participate in a post-implementation call for the Statewide Medicaid Managed Care Long-term Care program. The Agency would like to hear about any problems that you are having with the LTC Program.

The Statewide Medicaid Managed Care LTC Program began in Region 7 (Brevard, Orange, Osceola and Seminole Counties) effective August 1st, and in Regions 8 (Charlotte, Collier, DeSoto, Glades, Hendry, Lee and Sarasota Counties) and 9 (Indian River, Palm Beach, St. Lucie, Martin and Okeechobee Counties) effective September 1st.

  • For nursing facilities and hospices, Tuesday, November 19 – 10:00 am ET to 11:00 am ET.
  • For assisted living facilities and adult family care homes, Tuesday, November 19 – from 2:00 pm ET to 3:00 pm ET.
  • For aging network service providers, Wednesday, November 20 from 10:00 am ET to 11:00 am ET.

You do not need to register for the call, just call in on the day and time for your specific provider type.

Prior to these calls, you have the opportunity to submit any problems you would like discussed to Problems received in advance will be given priority for discussion on the appropriate provider type call.
